The Monday After
Morning Update
The Blog
Had a nice and mellow Independence Day, but some things were nagging me. The most obvious was the complete lack of styling for this blog. Going to add some style and extra content (descriptions, etc.) today, so I can actualy feel good telling family and friends about it :)
I really want to get more work done on the game, so I want to get the front-end stuff out of the way today.
Music
I've also started a new piece of music called Doom & Gloom. I wanted to make it a full song, but I feel like there's some missing stuff I can't figure out. Maybe I just put it on a loop and it's just background mood music.
The Two Sites
Also-also, I have two different frameworks for both my static sites, right now: Metalsmith for the blog and a tempalte Bootstrap project for the website. Both are NodeJS-based, but have different workflows. I might mash them together or just pick one. I think I'll wait to see what the big issues are with context switching and how confusing it is before I decide.
The Podcast
I also have been looking into starting a podcast. I have a couple of names and format ideas. I want to make it just-like-but-different than the blog, to where there's value for both. Also, what about a vlog? Do I just turn on the camera while I'm recording the blog, or do I put more effort into making that just-like-but-different, as well? Things to think about.
Oh, and I have to look into a hosting solution for the podcast.

Afternoon Update
Flailing...With Style
Flailed around a bit with all the styling. Not complete, or what I want ideally, but it's soooo much better than previous styling. Which amounted to none.
